1. About DOORA Express
DOORA Express is the trading name of DOORA LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 14679482), registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We provide UK parcel delivery, shipment tracking and ecommerce fulfilment services for our own businesses and approved merchant partners. We are not a public marketplace courier.
2. Merchant accounts
- Merchant accounts are created or approved by us. Public self-signup for merchant access is not available.
- Approved merchants are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and their login credentials secure.
- You must not share your account with third parties or use it on behalf of businesses that have not been approved.
3. Creating shipments
- Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details, delivery addresses and parcel descriptions entered into the platform.
- Parcels must not contain prohibited or restricted items (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
- We may refuse to carry any parcel that we reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful or outside our normal service profile.
4. Tracking services
Tracking information is provided for convenience. Status updates and timestamps reflect scans and operator entries and may not always be in real time. Public tracking pages show only the tracking number, current status and timeline.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but may carry out maintenance, suspend features or restrict access where needed to keep the service safe and stable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend, restrict or close a merchant account if we reasonably believe the account has been misused, terms have been breached, or continued use would create risk for recipients, other merchants or our operations.
7. Your responsibilities
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
- Provide accurate shipment and recipient information.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the platform, its security or other accounts.
- Comply with our Fulfilment Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DOORA Express is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of the platform or from delivery delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
