We provide UK parcel delivery, ecommerce fulfilment and dispatch services through a private platform used by our own businesses and approved merchant partners. This policy applies to information we receive through our website, public tracking pages, merchant accounts and operational systems.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address and website for approved merchants.
- Shipment information: recipient name, delivery address, contact details, parcel description, reference numbers and internal notes provided when a shipment is created.
- Tracking data: tracking numbers, shipment status, scan events, timestamps and notes added by operators.
- Fulfilment records: stock received, storage references, product names, SKUs, quantities and dispatch records.
- Technical information: basic log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and stable.

4. Merchant information
Merchant accounts are not open to public self-signup. We only create accounts for businesses we have approved. Information provided by a merchant is used to operate their account, process their shipments and maintain accurate fulfilment records.

Public tracking pages show a tracking number, current status and a simple delivery timeline. We do not display recipient names, addresses or contact details on public tracking pages.
